Baba Ghanoush - Eggplant dip

Ingedients (for 4 Persons):

Preparation:

  1. Prick the eggplant with a knife and put it in the oven with grillfunction and 180 degree for about 30 minutes, until they are nearly black from the outside.
  2. Seperate the pulp from the shell and mix with the pressed garlic, the tahini, the orange juice and the olive oil with a mixer or a blender.
  3. Season it with the spices and put chopped parsley on it if you want.
