Foul - Joghurt-Sesam-Bean soup

Ingredients (for 4 Persons:

Preparation:

  1. Drain and wash the beans.
  2. Then together with the chopped garlic, the cumin and the salt in a saucepan and with ½ Liter Water pour over Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. In between you can mix the yogurt with the tahini, the lemon juice and the salt.
  4. The onions and the tomatoes cut into small cubes, chop the parsley roughly.
  5. Take the beans from the stove and mix the bean-water with the yogurt-sauce until a consistent consistency is achieved. Then add the beans.
  6. At last pour some olive oil and put chopped onions, tomatoes and parsley on it.
