Ingedients (for 4
- Wash the meat and
- Heat the oil in a pot,
stew the chopped onions and the garlic in it und then add the meat
and sauté it.
- Add Tomatoepaste and chicken broth
and fill with water, until the texture is like you
want it to be. Add the bay leaf.
- Let it simmer on low level,
and add the okras.
Let it simmer for 10 more minutes.
- At the end
season it with the spices.
