Fatteh - Chickpeas with yogurt

Ingedients (for 4 Persons):

Preparation:

  1. At first cut the bread into equal pieces and fry it. Put it to the side.
  2. Cook the chickpeas on low level.
  3. In between mix yogurt, cutted garlic, tahini, lemon juice and spices with each other.
  4. Take the chickpeas from the stove and slowly add hot water to the yogurt, until you reached the desired consistency. Be careful, don't put too much water at once, because the yogurt could clot.
  5. Now put the bread in a baking form, add the chickpeas and put the yogurtsauce above.
  6. At last pour some olive oil, cutted parsley, Cumin and paprikapowder.
